Today we will be taking the next step into alternative marketing, e-commerce. We have designed a program that will allow you to enter our e-commerce store and order all of the products Target Coatings manufactures under its own brand name, as well as the products we promote and distribute. The name of this virtual store is the Finishing Zone™. Establish a password account or just keep coming in as a guest. Whether you buy one quart of lacquer a year, or 100 five gallon units a month, you will have the ability and security to obtain price quotes and place orders for all of our merchandise.

After months of comparing other e-com sites, sketching out our plans and determining if our large, commercial customers would have any interest in ordering on-line, we have decided to fallback on what has made Target successful in our chemical engineering and use it in our sales approach - Hybridization. This will give both small users and large volume buyers the opportunity to use our site to their benefit.

We have learned that the world of e-commerce is not all it was cracked-up to be. The tremendous failures over the past 18 months with electronic commerce gave us some time to review how we want our site to work. We want you, our customer, to tell us what works, what you like, dislike, and what you want us to keep or change. Target Coatings is a family business, it will continue to run like a family business, and it will live and breath like a family - for better or for worse. We are in this for the long haul!
