SuperClear 9000 Polyurethane is a waterborne, non-yellowing, one-part copolymer that develops into an exceptionally hard, clear coating at room temperature without the need for catalysts or cross-linkers. The 9000 Series has been designed for use where extreme hardness, clarity and durability are required.
Ideally suited for use as a protective clear coat for interior architectural finishes, guitar bodies, tabletops, custom furniture, and painted interiors. SuperClear 9000 Polyurethane can successfully replace solvent-based urethanes traditionally used on these applications. Whether used directly on the wood surface, or used in conjunction with a grain filler or high solids sanding sealer, SuperClear 9000 Polyurethane will demonstrate exceptional clarity without the bluish haze associated with conventional waterborne wood finishes. When used with our EM1000 Universal Sanding Sealer or the UltraSeal-WB Shellac Sealer, the SuperClear 9000 will provide a luxurious, high-end finish that will complement any style.
